*Provides Habilitation Programs where all activities are goal-directed and based on the needs of the individual to remain independent within their own home. Occurs in a variety of settings with services including:

Community Habilitation
- Budgeting money, grocery shopping, meal preparation, medical appointments.
Day Habilitation
- Utilizes community establishments such as banks, retail stores, restaurants and volunteer sites for activities.

Day Habilitation-Senior Center
- Transportation provided each day.

Residential Habilitation
- Focus on daily living and/or hygiene skills
- Community outings
