Description
Offers workforce and Career Development Skills Training, for the underprivileged youth ages 16-24 years old, orphans and individuals coming out of the judicial system. Focusing on professional, personal and leadership development-drug free workplace; financial literacy. The participants will have the capacity to gain competitive employment, post-secondary education and vocational enrollment, entrepreneur knowledge, armed forces entry. Teaching the participants to take responsibility for choices made in all aspects of their lives- manifesting accountability, self-determination and other positive behaviors; furthering opportunities for economic empowerment, educational experience and personal growth.

Focusing on professional, personal, leadership development, soft skills training and financial literacy. Teaching the participants to take responsibility for choices made in all aspects of their lives-manifesting accountability, self-determination and other positive behaviors. Thwarting gang recruitment and activities,incarceration, criminal at-risk behavior and death-furthering opportunities for economic empowerment, educational experience and personal growth. Possessing the capacity to gain competitive employment, post-secondary education, vocational training, entrepreneur knowledge and armed forces entry.
