Provides benefits and entitlement counseling, long term care planning, information and referral services, and application assistance and advocacy. Community outreach and education regarding various programs and services are also provided and are available to community groups upon request. Suffolk County Office for the Aging provides a Senior Advocate to assist seniors with applications for various entitlements and benefits.
