Participants work with a trained Lifestyle Coach in a supportive small-group setting, alongside others with similar goals. During this year-long program, the coach introduces engaging topics and practical strategies to help participants increase physical activity, adopt healthier eating habits, and manage everyday stress that can interfere with their health.

The program is structured in two phases. In the first phase, participants attend weekly one-hour sessions for 16 weeks, focusing on building sustainable lifestyle changes. In the second phase, participants meet once a month for eight months to reinforce and maintain those changes-completing the full one-year program.
