* Provides a wellness program which offers a variety of physical exercise classes, exercise equipment, and monthly professional health-related seminars geared for adults 50 +. All exercise classes are designed for the elderly ranging in more sedentary senior to a more active group. Exercise classes include:

Copper City Community Connection is a not-for-profit organization serving the elderly in Oneida County. CCCC provides four distinct programs to its members and the community at large: Exercise classes, wellness programming, a senior center, Healthy IDEAS depression screening and referral, and a social model adult day care program designed for those experiencing memory issues, Alzheimer and/or dementia.
