Eligibility
Individual must have an impairment. Any individual with a physical limitation must be able to pivot and bear his/her weight, as staff can provide assistance with transferring up to one person. Individual cannot have an ongoing history of physical aggression.

Application process
Call Senior Program Coordinator for more information. A tour can be scheduled. Must complete an in-person assessment and have a primary care physician authorization.
Fees
Affordable private pay rates. Meals and snacks are included in the daily rate (half and full day available).
Some may be eligible for grant money available through Erie County Department of Senior Services. Also contracts with the Veterans Administration and some MLTC Insurance Companies.

Adult day program tailored to meet the individual needs of socially isolated adults who have cognitive and/or physical limitations. Offers exercise, music, arts/crafts, discussion/reminiscence groups, bingo, inter-generational activities, integration into the community, and much more. Half and full days are available. Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided.
Program specializes in dementia related care. Assistance is offered with Activities of Daily Living as well as case management. Serves as a form of respite for caregivers while providing a safe and secure environment for their loved ones.
An off-site caregiver support group is also held monthly.
