Provides general information on immigration-related questions and referrals to other social services available  to immigrants.  All calls anonymous, confidential and multi-lingual.  Can assist victim report immigration services scams.  Does not offer legal advice - questions on benefit eligibility are referred to legal service providers for consultations.  This hotline is run out of the New York City location but services all of New York State.
