Individuals ages 18 years and older with a psychiatric disability.
Hours
Administrative hours: M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM. Residential services staffed 24 Hours.
Languages
Interpreter services are available 24/7 for those who are hearing impaired or speak limited or no English.
Application process
Complete a Single Point of Access (SPOA) application.

Offers a supervised community residence program and intensive supportive apartment program which provide structured and supportive environments for adults with psychiatric disabilities. Designed to ensure that those in need will receive the support and services necessary to maintain the most appropriate level of independent living possible.
