Family offense matters begin at Safe Harbors at 315-781-1093 or Family Counseling Service of the Finger Lakes at 315-789-2613. Child support matters go through Ontario County Support Collection Unit (SCU). All other issues come to Room 130 during business hours on a walk-in basis.
