Ombudsman volunteers: age 21 or over. Resident of any age at a skilled nursing or adult home.
Hours
M-F 8:30AM-4:30PM.

  • Mediates patient care issues in long-term care facilities trained, independent volunteers who are assigned to long-term care facilities. Ombudsmen listen, mediate, negotiate, propose and facilitate solutions to residents concerns and problems.
