  • Offers Community Health Services for individuals who are currently incarcerated. Outreach and education to prevent the spread of HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI's, including peer training Free testing for HIV, STD's, and Hepatitis C Assists individuals living with HIV & Hepatitis C in developing a care plan for when they transition back to community
