Description
Supplies information concerning the status of property in the town: transfer of ownership, property location and addresses, assessments, property record cards, original year house was built, lot size, estimated assessment on new construction and request for merging parcels. Administers forms, instructions, and assistance for Grievance Day(third Tuesday in May). Offers all types of exemptions including senior citizens, veterans, agricultural, clergy, non-profit, star, etc.
