* Supports GCSD families in accessing resources both in and out of Greece Central School District including: health, education, human services and others.* Provides onsite resources including a food pantry and clothing closet.* Offers in-person assistance in identifying needs and priorities, finding services, understanding eligibility for programs, and connecting with providers.* Connects families to counselors, social workers, and administration at Longridge Elementary School.* Provides access to and can assist in creating and navigating MyWayFinder accounts.
