An information resource connecting families and providers to community resources and child development information. Help Me Grow's focus population is children ages 0-6 years old. Offers the following services:
  • Centralized access point for information on general child development and parenting topics
  • Referrals to community resources
  • Linkage navigation and follow-up to ensure families connect with resources
  • Developmental questionnaire for children ages 0-72 months (6 years) (ASQs)
  • Developmental activities for parents to use at home
  • Partnerships with service providers and child health providers
  • Public early childhood development dashboard showing developmental trends by ZIP code
The Ages and Stages Questionnaires (ASQ) are family completed screenings that provide information on how a child is meeting their developmental milestones. Results and activities are shared with families upon completion to show how to support their children's development.
