Application process

Applications accepted in person by walk-in. Clients must bring with them: 1. Proof of all household income for the past 30 days, this includes Food Stamp Budget Sheet. 2. Identification for all household members, including verification of children's ages. 3. Social Security numbers for all household members (1 year and older). 4. Picture ID for the person making the application 5. Proof of current address. For questions about holiday assistance call 211 or 888-696-9211.
