Eligibility
African American, Hispanic, and Native American students or any student who can:
- demonstrate economic disadvantage in 7th through 12th grades enrolled in the Syracuse City School District
- have a minimum average of 80 in Regents-level Science and Math course work minimum GPA of 80
- or the potential and desire to reach these benchmarks with additional support
