Services are confidential and include Custody & Visitation, Divorce Mediation & Divorce Arbitration, Special Education, ACCES-VR, Restorative Practices (Circles), Landlord-Tenant Disputes, Commercial and Contractor Disputes, Restorative Justice for cases of harm or crime, Anger Management, Peer Mediation, Workforce Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB), Leadership Coaching, Implicit Bias Training, Small Claims in the following counties: Cayuga, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates.
