Disabled, elderly, and non-driving persons residing in the Towns of Guilderland, Berne, Bethlehem, Knox and New Scotland, and the Village of Voorheesville as well as Rensselaer County residents

Administrative hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 4 PM Program hours: Varies, based on need call for details

Call 10 days before date of needed transportation to schedule

None; monetary donations are appreciated

Provides non-medical assistance to individuals utilizing volunteers. Services include transportation to doctors' offices, chemotherapy treatments, dialysis treatments, physical therapy rehabilitation centers, adult day care facilities. Provides grocery shopping assistance, respite care for family caregivers, visitation, telephone assurance, and yard work.
