Turning Point serves students in grades K through 12 who are classified with emotional disabilities. Referrals to the program come to TST BOCES staff from the component CSE chairperson. Contact your CSE chairperson for more information.The program operates four elementary, four middle school and six high school classrooms in the Smith School on BOCES' Warren Road campus.
