Assists people with blindness or vision impairments prepare for and retain jobs in the competitive marketplace by developing career plans, learn office skills, access higher education and obtain internships or full-time jobs. Additionally, Lighthouse professionals work with local-area employees to make the workplace accessible for people with vision impairments, and match employers with qualified candidates. This program is based in New York City.
