Public library. Offers 22 public access computers and a scanner (all of which having printing capabilities), 5 laptops for in-house use, 1 laptop reserved for Skype use, Photocopier, Internet access and Wi-Fi, community space, and a Mezzanine Bookshop located on the 2nd floor. Also hosts a book club. Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
