Public library. Offers 13 public access computers with Microsoft Office Applications, internet access, and printing (B&W, 10 cents; color, 25 cents). Also offers a scanner, copy machine, fax machine, and meeting room.
Serves as a Cooling Center for individuals during times of excessive heat. Always call ahead to make sure a Cooling Center is open before going there.
