Eligibility

Must be 18 years of age and older. Suffer from mental illness. Unlikely to survive in the community without supervision, based on clinical determination. Have a history of non-compliance with treatment for mental illness. Call for more information.

M, W 8:00AM-6:00PM. TU 8:00AM-8:00PM. TH, F 8:00AM-5:00PM. After 4:00PM only via phone or video.
