The Center for Nutrition Studies is a a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that aims to promote optimal nutrition through science-based education, advocacy and research.The Center, in collaboration with eCornell, offers a Plant-Based Nutrition certificate. In addition to working with the non-scientist public, the Center has helped educate a clinical health professionals through its continuing education credit programs.
