Eligibility
Individuals ages 45 years or older with a primary psychiatric disability and one of the following:
- SSI or SSDI related to a diagnosed mental illness
- extended impairment in functioning due to mental illness
- reliance on psychiatric treatment, rehabilitation, and supports
