Eligibility
Individual or family experiencing homelessness, meeting HUD criteria and have one of the following:
  • physical disability
  • diagnosed with severe and and persistent mental illness
  • diagnosed with a developmental disability
  • living HIV/AIDS
  • diagnosed with a substance abuse disorder
