Felony and misdemeanor offenders at greatest risk of incarceration, determined by type of crime, past failure with probation and treatment services, scoring on validated risk and needs assessment.More frequent face-to-face contact with probation officer each week, 24-hour follow-up on missed appointments and frequent interaction with rehabilitation services and other contacts.
