POTSDAM VILLAGE CLERK AND TAX RECEIVER | VILLAGE OF POTSDAM

Offers a wide range of licensing, records, and informational services to town residents including birth and death records. All other licensing and permits can be found at the Town of Potsdam. Other services include maintaining town records and archives as well as collecting water and sewer bill payments from village residents. Prepares and collects property taxes for residents of the Village of Potsdam from June through September 30th. After September 30th all paperwork goes to the St. Lawrence County Treasurer's Office.
