One page application. Sign up in October -- deadline Oct 15, no exceptions.

Offers Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday food baskets and Christmas gifts/toys and clothing for children (infant to 18 years). Any low to moderate income Owego residents are welcome to sign up the first two weeks of October for all holiday programs.

Provides food pantry, financial assistance for low-income residents in crisis, and nutrition classes. We build ramps for those with a medical need, assist with back to school clothing for teens, offer scholarships for Mapleridge Ranch in the summer, and a variety of other programs.
