Description

Provides community re-integration program, speech therapy, cognitive rehabilitation, physical therapy, individual counseling, occupational therapy, support groups (client), vocational counseling and placement, family support groups, job coaching, relaxation training, other skills training groups. Services provided by licensed clinical psychologists, certified social workers, physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists. Serves all ages, birth to 70 years, who are diagnosed with traumatic brain injury (car accidents, falls, etc.) and other brain injuries (stroke, brain tumor, etc.). Appointment required.
