Eligibility
Funeral being arranged cannot cost more than $7,000, additional financial guidelines apply. Call or walk-in for information. Applicants who are determined eligible will receive a supplemental burial assistance grant to assist with the cost of the burial.

Application process
In person interview required with Burial Coordinator, be prepared to discuss the decedent's (and any legally responsive relative's) financial situation, including income and assets.
