Description
Provides aftercare for anyone who has completed the Project Self Sufficiency Program and is no longer living in WHPDC housing. The Aftercare Program will be available for up to a year upon completion of Project Self Sufficiency. This program will grant access to the case managers for advice, guidance and advocacy on an as needed basis. The purpose of this program is to assist clients who have gained financial independence to ensure that they are able to remain self-sufficient upon leaving the more intense Project Self Sufficiency Program.
