Senior citizen, disabled individual, or needy with no other means of transportation. Must be ambulatory. No wheelchairs or scooters. Must live in Greece or Charlotte area of Rochester.

- Provides free transportation to medical appointments, including: Doctor, dentist, eye appointments, prescription pick-up, hospital tests, counseling, physical therapy. Driver will not remain with client during tests requiring anesthesia.
