- Offers an acute care facility for individuals suffering from the impact of substance abuse. Services include: Medical stabilization. Detoxification. Assessment. Referral to treatment.* Offers ACC program, is a 22-bed OASAS-certified substance use disorder crisis center that provides medically supervised detoxification and stabilization related to acute withdrawal. Stays are brief to support the stabilization of acute needs and early care in coordination with medical and mental health providers, social services, probation, parole, drug court, along with other referrals needed. Assistance to apply for transitional housing and residential services.
