Description
Skilled nursing facility located adjacent to NFMMC. Offers short and long term care for those in need of nursing and/or rehabilitative services. Offers Subacute Rehabilitation utilizing a multidisciplinary approach designed to restore optimal function and to return patients to an independent living environment. HOURS: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Visiting: 7 days a week, 11am-9pm.
