  • Provides information to cardholders in regards to their SNAP (food stamps) or cash accounts.* Assists cardholders file a claim if they suspect a transaction error occurred.* Provides information on how to report a damaged, lost, or stolen cards.* Assists cardholders to change their pin and reset their EBT account website account ID password.
