During Outreach, group meetings, interviews, evaluations, counsel, and prayer take place. Meetings held at Freedom Chapel, 641 Broadway (Route 110), Amityville, New York.

Teen Challenge helps build mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically and spiritually health people in a religious environment. Provides an Outreach Program, Residential Program, and a Ladies' Residence Crisis Center. 1200 centers worldwide.
