- Offers confidential non-medical support services, for women and adolescents, who are pregnant or with children.* Offers free self-administered pregnancy tests with ultrasound referrals.* Offers additional support services including: Some non-perishable foods with referrals to local food pantries, shelters in the community, and other services. Diapers from size newborn to size 5 with wipes. Baby formula with ID of mother/father/grandparents & baby. Post-abortion referral (faith-based).
