Provide adult ENL classes for immigrant and refugee parents who are newcomers to the USA. Provides afterschool programming for children whose parents are incapable of helping them with homework and mentoring support. Provide adult support, with emphasis for women empowerment, yearly summer internship programs for high school and college children, and a summer Ubuntu program to help in mentorship and improve children's writing skills.

Currently operating a 24/7 phone line to help connect refugees and immigrants with Limited English Proficiency to a RISE case manager in their preferred language for guidance and support: 315-214-4480 Provides advocacy for immigrants to become productive members of society while maintaining their cultural identity. Promotes self-sufficiency through employment, education, social support, and economic independence. Offers ESL classes, case management, interpretation and translation, and job placement assistance. A collaboration with the Ethiopian Community Development Council offers health monitoring as well.
