At-risk youth, ages 14-21, who reside in the City of Buffalo, attend Buffalo Public Schools, and are Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) eligible. "At-Risk" refers to youth who are under-achieving and are potential dropouts or need extra support due to environment, economic, personal, or family circumstances.
