Primarily coordinates emergency resources and communications during disasters for all areas in the county. Offers education, information and referral, preparedness techniques to local businesses, municipalities and communities incase of an emergency or disaster. Is responsible for the 911 Center. Also has information available to the general public via phone, literature, and website. Also is responsible for the maintaining of training and procedure for all emergency service agencies in Westchester.
