Family Assessment and Referral Services provides a free, voluntary home visiting program to support pregnant or newly parenting families. A support worker provides a home visit to families to identify strengths and need for referrals. An assessment interview determines if the program is a good fit for the family. Ongoing support is provided for the family including parenting education, child development, community referrals, and life skills.
