Eligibility
Must be a resident of Western New York, 65 years of age or older, and a U.S. Citizen who meets one of the following requirements:
- Has an annual income less than $38,000 for a household of one or less than $44,000 for a household of two
OR
- Is a permanent resident of a care facility
Must be cognitively, emotionally, and physically capable of communicating and experiencing the wish, and must be unable to fulfill the wish on one's own.

Description
Also runs a HERO Box program to recognize the service of senior Veterans 65 and older. HERO Boxes are distributed to approximately 100 Veterans each November. Applications for all programs and additional information can be found at www.seniorwishes.org
