Part of rehabilitation loan program House inspection and job cost estimate Written specifications and bid process Advisement in selection of contractors* Offers affordable loan financing and counseling for housing rehabilitation and home improvement loans for non-bankable owner-occupants.* Offers HUD-certified housing counselors on staff to offer free Foreclosure Prevention counseling.
