* Oversees 3 transitional homes for homeless people in the Rochester area including parolees. * Provides services including, but not limited to: Food. Clothing. Hygiene products. Medical linkages including mental health and prescriptions. Case management services.* Provides a warming center during Code Blue in Monroe County.
