Works with area public health departments, community based organizations, and local businesses to further public health initiatives across 7 counties in the Finger Lake region. Includes building collaborations through strategic planning and alignment. Compiles a regional Community Health Assessment as well as facilitates a healthy eating and food security coalition, early childhood initiatives, substance use and mental health information, and emergency planning.
