Eligibility

Must have a diagnosis of alcohol-related or psychoactive substance related use disorder, be homeless or in a living environment not considered conducive to recovery, in need of continued treatment such as outpatient treatment, in need of a structured 24-hour setting and reside in Steuben, Livingston county, or surrounding areas.

Description

Offers OASAS licensed community residences and supportive living apartments for those recovering from chemical dependency in order to offer additional support as they transition themselves during their recovery, back into a community setting. Average length of stay is 3-6 months. Residences are located throughout Bath, NY.
