Eligibility
Uninsured, underinsured. Screening mammograms, clinical breast exams, pap tests, pelvic exams: Women, ages 40 years and older.
Hours
M-F 9:00AM-5:00PM.
Application process
Call for information.
Fees
No fee for services. Medicaid coverage for treatment available to eligible individuals screened by this program.
