Description
Provides free, in-person tax preparation assistance from Tax Department employees who will walk clients through their income tax returns step by step and help them complete and e-file their tax returns for free. Filing will be completed using safe and secure online tax software, and clients can use on-site computers or their own laptop, tablet, or mobile device. Clients must have an active email account. This is a service to assist with preparation, not a full preparation service. Clients should have basic computer skills.
