The COTI program is a mobile treatment team that can meet with individuals with substance use disorders in the community to start the process of recovery and link the individual tot he appropriate resources.Services offered include: mobile evaluations for substance use disorders diagnosis and level of care determinations for treatment patient advocacy Individual and group counseling case management services housing and transportation assistance medical insurance assistance tele-health medicine medication assisted treatment Certified peer specialist for support services navigation though the criminal justice system referrals for opioid and other substance detoxification referral for medical and mental health services referral for pain management
